Receptionist very rude and unwilling to help get me an urgent prescription for my partner. In the end someone else who overheard the conversation in the office got it for me. Complete lack of interest for the welfare of patients and understanding of their needs.

This is possibly the worst local surgery experience I have ever had. I have been around the country a lot from school to uni etc... There is a complete lack of organisation at this clinic. When they first put me forward for a blood test they said I would have to have a blood test done at the hospital as they are short staff and would have to wait 6 months for a blood test otherwise. Even though I get my b12 jabs done here by the nurses.

Have had a massive issue sorting out my prescription here, I spoke to the nurse to get new inhalers as running low on salbutamol. She gave it to me, but Tesco pharmacy said it needed to be signed for, I then went back and had to leave it for them to sign by a doctor. Came back after 3 days, took to pharmacy and they said the other stuff wasn't signed properly and I only got one medication out of the 3 I take. I then dropped it off again to be sorted out and they said it would be sorted. They failed to again so same process. Got a call after they labelled it as urgent. They assumed because I haven't got a salbutamol inhaler since some time in 2016 that they don't bother signing it, rather than originally calling me and asking on the first time. Despite having the Beclamatose (steroid inhaler).

If I had severe asthma I could of been without an inhaler or if this happened to someone with a life or death condition they could have died. This is absolutely disgraceful.

The staff are relatively friendly and helpful especially the nurses. But the brand new doctor surgery doesn't even have AC and is so poorly designed that even a warm day it is practically pass out conditions.

Please avoid this surgery for your own safety!
