  Terrible - they totally wrecked a £120 pair of patent leather shoes by painting on a waxy resin. When I asked him what he was doing he knew he'd made a mistake and tried to blag it, but basically, I ended up paying £6.95 to get a good pair of shoes ruined. And no apology.
